Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received. On the Flexible rate, 30% is charged at booking and the balance 7 days before arrival. On the Non-refundable rate, the full amount is charged at booking in exchange for a 10% discount.
Cancellation
On the Flexible rate you may cancel free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. After that, no refund is due. The Non-refundable rate cannot be refunded at any point.
Climate resilience fee
Greek law requires a per-night climate resilience fee (ΤΑΚΚ), collected on behalf of the Greek state. It carries no VAT, is invoiced separately, and is payable on arrival. The amount is shown in full before you book.
Occupancy
The apartment may not be occupied by more people than the maximum stated on the listing. Parties and events are not permitted.
Property registration
Every apartment is registered in the Greek property registry. The registration number (ΑΜΑ) is displayed on every listing, as Greek law requires.
