What we collect
To hold and confirm a booking we collect your name, email address. For the legally required guest register we also collect date of birth, nationality and document number at online check-in.
What we deliberately do not collect
We never ask for a photograph or scan of your passport, ID card or bank card. In June 2026 the Hellenic Data Protection Authority advised accommodation providers to stop this practice: no Greek law requires it, so keeping copies breaches the data minimisation principle. We store structured fields only, encrypted.
How long we keep it
Document details are deleted automatically 30 days after check-out. Booking and invoicing records are kept for the period Greek tax law requires.
Cookies
This site sets only the cookies it needs to function. There is no tracking, advertising or analytics, and nothing is shared with third parties for those purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion or a copy in portable form. Write to us and we will respond within one month, as the GDPR requires.
